We pride ourselves on same working day dispatch. If you order before 12 noon, in 99% of cases, your item will be shipped on the same day using a 24 hour delivery service (mainland UK only not guaranteed). We have a team of 20 dedicated staff in our warehouse who will make sure your item leaves us as quickly as possible. If in 4 working days your item has not arrived, please call us to check it’s status. If we know of any problem we will usually email you. If you are from outside of the UK, select one of our other shipping methods when paying. As soon as your bike or part is dispatched from our warehouse you will normally be sent an email (to your PayPal email address) from UPS to let you know when they intend to deliver it. Please note: we do not offer weekend or bank holiday delivery except upon request.
